EAGLES NEST

Taylor Regional Hospital is excited to partner with Campbellsville Independent School District to form Eagles Nest. With this partnership, we can provide two school nurses and a full-time Nurse Practitioner to provide excellent healthcare for our students and staff.

Eagles Nest mission is to provide outstanding healthcare to the students and staff we serve.

Eagles Nest can provide Well child exams, sports physicals, school physicals, immunizations and sick visits. We can test for flu, strep and covid. We can do vision and hearing screenings. We can monitor and dispense students' medication while at school. We can provide first aid care and health education.

We are open during school hours: 7:30am to 3:30pm
