• Breath-holding or stop-breathing episodes while asleep

• Unrefreshing sleep despite sleeping at least six hours

The Sleep Clinic at Taylor Regional Hospital has been granted accreditation for a period of five years beginning September 8, 2017. Sleep facility accreditation through the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) includes accreditation for all types of sleep testing, including in-center polysomnography (PSG), multiple sleep latency testing (MSLT), maintenance of wakefulness testing (MWT) and home sleep apnea testing (HSAT).
The Sleep Clinic at Taylor Regional Hospital joins the ranks of other AASM accredited facilities, which provide the highest quality of patient care. The AASM is committed to ensuring that those in the field of sleep medicine provide excellent healthcare and enhance the awareness of sleep as an important element for health, public safety, and the quality of life. By successfully completing the accreditation process and upholding the Standards for Accreditation, our sleep clinic team has shown that they are dedicated to the advancement of the field.
The Sleep Clinic at Taylor Regional Hospital consists of a four-bed lab and is open six nights per week. We are located at 67 Kingswood Drive, adjacent to the hospital.
