Job Summary: The Recruiter is responsible for cultivating professional relationships by identifying, sourcing, and engaging with potential candidates to meet staffing needs. The Recruiter drives the process of seeking candidates, interview screenings, and correlating with directors and coordinators to access staffing needs and desires for the perfect candidate in the designated area.

Education: High school graduate required. Associate degree preferred.

Experience: 2-3+ years of recruitment experience required.

Skills and Qualifications: The ideal recruiter maintains a driven and outgoing persona along with excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and thrives in a fast-paced upbeat atmosphere.

Working Conditions: Some day-to-day travel could be required.
